I have been a Registered Nurse since 1989, working in both medical and natural health settings. My medical background is in surgical nursing and medical retail. My natural health training includes two years in a naturopathic clinic, working along side of and studying with naturopathic doctors and a further ten years studying natural health.

My deep interest in using nutrition as a means of restoring and preserving good health has led me to study wellness and how it can relate to diet and lifestyle.

Since 1995, I have practiced exclusively in the natural health field. My main focus in practice has been the use of healthy diet to encourage the body back to optimum health. In 2008 I earned my diploma in Skin Care Technology and expanded my services in well being to include anti-aging facial massage and healthy natural skin care.

Ultimately it is the wisdom of the body that creates the healing. All we have to do is give it the tools. In my clinic I offer a variety of  tests and treatments that will give you the tools you need to heal.

I am fortunate to be able to blend my love of science with my love of people. I look forward to sharing my skill and learning with you in your journey to the best of health.
